2Baba, the ace Nigerian singer, has reunited with Rose, his mother, two months after being declared missing.

In February, the Idibia family had petitioned the Department of State’s Services (DSS), claiming that the singer had been missing since February 10.

The letter said he left his residence in his lounge wear but had not returned home since then.

But in a now-viral video, 2Baba could be seen enjoying a lively family time with his mother and other relatives.

Natasha Osawaru, the singer’s new partner, was also in the video with the family, suggesting that Rose has finally consented to their relationship.

In February, 2Baba’s mother had publicly pleaded with Natasha to leave her son alone.

She also asked her to “remove the beads you placed on his hands and neck”, arguing that the singer was not in his right senses.

However, Natasha argued that the beads were symbols of her family’s royalty.

Natasha and 2Baba’s relationship came into the spotlight after he publicly confirmed their union, a few days after announcing his split from Annie Idibia in January.

The singer proposed to her while insisting their relationship had nothing to do with his separation from Annie.

Recently, Natasha updated her Instagram bio to include the singer’s surname.
